[Dated:06/27/2026] IAM Successfully Hosts Consular Camp, Serving More Than 200 Community Members

The India Association of Minnesota (IAM), in collaboration with the Consulate General of India and VFS Global, successfully organized a Consular Camp in Minnesota, bringing essential consular services closer to the Indian community. The event received an overwhelming response, with more than 200 community members benefiting from various passport, OCI, visa, and other consular services.

The camp was made possible through months of careful planning and coordination between the Consulate team, VFS Global, IAM Board Members, volunteers, interns, and event sponsors. Their collective efforts ensured that the event ran smoothly and efficiently, providing a convenient and welcoming experience for attendees.

Community members appreciated the professionalism, organization, and dedication demonstrated throughout the event. Many expressed their gratitude for having access to important consular services locally, saving significant travel time and expense.

The success of the Consular Camp was truly a team effort.
