Vaibhav Regalla

Vaibhav Regalla recently joined the Board of Directors of the India Association of Minnesota (IAM), following his exceptional contributions as a Working Committee Member. Within just eight months, his dedication, leadership, and commitment to IAM’s mission earned him the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors. With over 9 years of experience in Information Technology and a strong passion for community service and event coordination, Vaibhav has been actively contributing to IAM since moving to Minnesota in 2023. His interest in community engagement began during his college years, where he served as a Convenor for the Directorate of Student Affairs, organizing and managing cultural events and student-led initiatives. This early experience in leadership and event management naturally led him toward IAM’s community-focused work. Vaibhav initially joined IAM as a volunteer and spent nearly three years supporting events and organizational activities, gaining a deep understanding of IAM’s structure, values, and operations. Through hands-on involvement in volunteer coordination, event execution, technology initiatives, and on-ground event support, he steadily took on greater responsibilities within the organization. As a Board Member, Vaibhav looks forward to continuing to support IAM’s growth, strengthening community engagement, and contributing his experience in technology, organization, and event coordination. His journey reflects a strong commitment to service, teamwork, leadership, and giving back to the community.
