2022 International Yoga Day
"Yoga is controlling the senses, will and mind" - Swami VivekanandaInternational Yoga Day honors yoga's physical and spiritual power on the international scene. Despite the fact that it is a vital source of exercise and healthful activity, millions of people participate and practice it on a daily basis. These rituals are a method for many people to integrate their body, mind, and spirit in a way that has been practiced for generations.
This year, International Day of Yoga is celebrated on June 21st. IAM will be continuing the celebration through various days ranging from an in-person celebration held on Saturday, June 18th at the St. Paul Capitol grounds, to virtual sessions hosted by our many partners from June 19th to the 21st.
