Meena Bharti is an avid traveler who enjoys outdoors. She loves meeting new people and fostering connections. She works at 3M in Credit risk group in finance. As a major advocate of Diversity and inclusion, she is part of 3M finance D&I board and also involved in 3M WLF leading External Connections group.

She has been living in twin cities from last 20 years with her two daughters and husband. She helps out on her daughter’s high school Robotics team as a treasurer. When she is not occupied with any of above mentioned activities, she likes to go hiking and listening to podcasts. There is no doubt that she is a big foodie who enjoys experimenting with new foods.

Prinesh's enthusiasm to meet and work with people to build community of future keep him finding new way to get involve. As Ex-President and Trustee of one of the regional non-profit organization, GSMN (Gujarati Samaj of Minnesota) and member of current IAM Board gives him an opportunity to share ideas, enhance leadership skill to help organization to connect, educate and celebrate cultural heritage for better tomorrow. Prinesh works for LeverX as SAP Solution Architect with 3M. He has completed Post Graduation in Computer Application from Department of Electronics, Delhi India. He lives in Woodbury with his wife Vishwa and son Dhruv.

Suyash is an IT Professional at Target in the Big Data and Analytics space. He joined IAM to contribute to the local Indian community, and has served on the board since 2014. Originally from Vapi, Gujarat, he currently lives in Downtown Minneapolis with his wife Aishwarya.

Suyash holds an MBA from Pace University, NY, and his love of numbers inspired him to serve as IAM Treasurer for 2019 & 2020. He likes traveling, hiking, and gaming.

Tanwi Mookherjee Prigge is a proud mother to a sweet 11-year old Raina, a wife to her best friend Jason and a daughter to her loving Bengali parents. Inspired by her mother, she started volunteering at a young age for Mother Teresa and Ram Krishna Mission. She has been a resident of Minnesota for the last 15 years. Tanwi has been an IT professional that believes in service to others through her profession and volunteer work. She is currently self-employed. She believes in making a difference through action, positivism, kindness and generosity. She enjoys working with kids and women in various communities, through her volunteer work, drama/theater/music and encourages folks to step out of their comfort zone and have fun. She is excited about Outreach and Government relations this year with IAM, working with the Indian community and the community-at-large because she believes it takes each of us to make a difference for all of us. She wants to advocate for health equity in our communities, especially within women, children and seniors. Tanwi enjoys listening to NPR, enjoys politics and discussions around it, music, volunteering, watching movies, reading and pursues several other interests.
